R.A.I.N.N. Speakers Bureau

The RAINN (Rape, Abuse & Incest National Network) Speaker Bureau is a program that connects survivors of sexual violence with speaking opportunities to share their stories and promote awareness about sexual violence.

The Speaker Bureau is comprised of survivors who have experienced sexual violence and are willing to share their experiences publicly to:

1. Raise awareness about sexual violence

2. Reduce stigma and promote understanding

3. Inspire others to take action

4. Support and empower fellow survivors

Speakers in the bureau have undergone training and preparation to share their stories in a variety of settings, such as:

1. Community events

2. College campuses

3. Conferences

4. Media interviews

By sharing their experiences, speakers in the RAINN Speaker Bureau help to:

1. Put a face to the issue of sexual violence

2. Humanize the statistics

3. Encourage others to speak out

4. Promote a culture of consent and respect
